This Mod Collection 2025 Les Paul™ Standard 60s has a Fireball finish. The modifications consist of the Mod Collection-exclusive custom finish with a gloss top and satin back, Gibson Deluxe tuners with green keys, black open-coil Custom Burstbucker™ Alnico 2 pickups, a nickel jack plate, and black plastics including the pickup mounting rings, switch washer, and Speed knobs. It weighs 8.5 pounds and comes with a hardshell case and two-year playability warranty.
All Gibson guitars go through rigorous QC, but every once in a while, a guitar with outstanding playability and tone doesn’t quite meet the strict cosmetic standards at our craftories. As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, these instruments are sent to the Mod Collection team to use as a blank canvas—and let their imaginations run riot.
