"So this case is definitely “in the style of” late 60s lifting cases. I do wish they would pay more attention to fully replicating the look. I have the original as well as this case. The interior color is spot on, the hardware is close but not quite, the logo is not where it was on the originals, the case is bigger/bulkier…than the originals. That is perhaps my biggest problem, the originals were more slim and had that great suitcasey look feel and more molded shape. This one on the upside has far more padding so this is good but if you’re buying this to match the original . . that’s a nope. That said I am happy, this is still a great case and fair priced. Albeit missing nuance, size and some appointment differences from the original"
