It's become an instantly recognizable icon of rock music since its 1963 debut, allowing guitarists to switch seamlessly between 6-string and 12-string configurations. Its tonal range is unmatched, with dual sets of humbuckers™ and an independent control layout for each neck to dial in sounds with precision.
This exceptional 1977 Gibson EDS-1275 is finished in Alpine White, which has yellowed uniformly over time. It remains in great overall condition, showing mild checking, yellowing, and nicks and dings throughout. Both strap buttons have been doweled and re-drilled for improved stability. It retains its original T Top humbuckers, Kluson® Deluxe tuners, and ABR-1 (Wire) bridges, delivering the massive, harmonically rich tones that have made the EDS-1275 a favorite among rock guitarists.
Ships in its original Gibson black and pink case and includes a Certificate of Authenticity, Letter of Appraisal, and new Limited Lifetime Warranty.
