Played, Worn & Torn featuring Gibson Gives

Kirk Hammett, Gibson SG CEO#4

There’s no other guitar out there quite like this. This one-of-one Gibson SG™ guitar, serial number CEO#4, was designed and built by Gibson President and CEO, Cesar Gueikian. It features custom appointments and was even played by Metallica’s Kirk Hammett onstage at the last-ever Black Sabbath show back in July, in the band’s home city of Birmingham, UK.

Kirk used this guitar for Metallica’s cover of Sabbath’s “Hole in the Sky,” and it’s been hand-signed by the man himself. The guitar has a 24.75-inch scale length mahogany neck, a bound 22 fret ebony fretboard with Supreme style split block mother of pearl inlays, a bound open book Gibson headstock with Custom model inlays, a truss rod cover engraved “CEO-4,” and a mahogany body with a multi-ply bound flame maple top finished in Ghost Burst.

It includes a hardshell guitar case and even comes with Cesar’s Back to the Beginning backstage pass, signed by Cesar. Of the guitar, he comments, “The Gibson CEO Series is a collection of guitars I design and build alongside our craftsmen and craftswomen in our craftories. What began as a project to craft my own guitar evolved into a deep passion for the process and collaboration with our people.”

He adds, “These guitars aren’t for me to keep; they’re played on stage, auctioned for Gibson Gives, and continue their journey with new owners and players. I’m grateful to everyone who supports Gibson and Gibson Gives. I created it as a tribute to Tony Iommi, the father of heavy metal, who defined the genre with a Gibson SG. After the show, Kirk signed the guitar, and it remains untouched since.”

Gibson Flying V Custom CEO#8

Another CEO model is also available within the auction, and this one was played by Cesar on stage at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville with rock band Maná for the song “Clavado En Un Bar.” The Gibson Flying V™ Custom CEO#8 has many of the same features as the CEO#4, but has a mahogany body with a multi-ply bound quilted maple top instead. This one is also finished in Ghost Burst and has a pair of uncovered pickups. If you’re a fan of Maná, you may also want to check out the Les Paul Custom 70s model that’s been signed by Sergio Vallin.

Kramer Lzzy Hale Voyager

If looks could kill, this guitar would be lethal. The Kramer Lzzy Hale Voyager guitar is a more angular version of the classic Kramer Voyager body style and a signature model designed in collaboration with the first female Brand Ambassador for Gibson. It has a striking Black Diamond Holographic Sparkle finish that dazzles on stage. It is equipped with a single bridge-position Kramer 85-TTM Humbucker™ and a single volume control, along with a Floyd Rose® 1000 Series vibrato and an R2 Locking Nut. The three-piece maple neck has an ebony fretboard with lightning bolt inlays, a satin finish for speed, and a Slim “C” profile.

Gibson Non-Reverse Thunderbird Bass from The All-American Rejects (plus signed setlist)

First released back in 1965, the Non-Reverse Thunderbird™ has distinctive styling and thunderous tone. This example, from The All-American Rejects, has a Non-Reverse mahogany body and a mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard and 20 medium jumbo frets. Each of the two Thunderbird pickups has a volume control, allowing you to use them separately or to blend them in any amount you prefer, and there’s a master tone control too. The three-ply white pickguard features the Thunderbird graphic, and this package also comes with a bonus—a hand-signed set list from their show on October 14, 2025, at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

Gibson Hummingbird Studio Rosewood from the Jonas Brothers

One of four acoustic guitars available from Gibson Gives this auction, this Gibson Hummingbird™ Studio Rosewood is signed by all members of pop sibling trio, the Jonas Brothers. The model itself continues the legacy of Gibson’s square-shoulder acoustics, handcrafted in Bozeman, Montana, with all-solid tonewoods. A gloss Sitka spruce top delivers wide dynamic range and balance, while satin-finished rosewood back and sides add rich bass and sparkling trebles compared to traditional mahogany models.

Gibson ES-335 Figured in Iced Tea Burst from DJO

This classy model is signed by DJO, also known as actor and musician Joseph David Keery (Stranger Things, Free Guy). The ES-335 Figured preserves the same classic construction as the standard Gibson ES-335—born in 1958 and treasured ever since—while adding an AAA figured maple top for an elevated visual statement. Its laminated maple/poplar/maple body and solid maple centerblock help control feedback while retaining the airy resonance that has made the ES-335 beloved by players across a range of genres. It’s fitted with calibrated T-Type humbuckers to deliver a dynamic blend of vintage-inspired sweetness and modern definition, while hand-wired controls with Orange Drop® capacitors in the tone circuit ensure responsive, musical adjustments to volume and tone.
