This Mod Collection 2025 Firebird™ Platypus has a Deep Copper Melange finish. The modifications consist of the Mod Collection-exclusive custom finish, additional routing for a full-size Burstbucker™ 1 humbucker in the middle position, a custom pickguard with matching accent, chrome hardware including a Tune-O-Matic™ bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece, chrome Grover® Mini Rotomatics® tuners, black Top Hat knobs with silver reflectors, and hand-wired electronics with 3 independent volumes and a master tone with Orange Drop® capacitor. It weighs 9.05 pounds and comes with a hardshell case and two-year playability warranty.
