A new, immersive guitar lesson course has just launched on the Gibson App, helping players to master the blues. The Texas Blues Legends course is led by esteemed modern blues musician Kirk Fletcher and offers 26 video lessons split into three core sections: Rhythm, Lead, and Full Song.
Throughout the course, Kirk shares practical tips on phrasing, tone, dynamics, and feel. Designed for both beginners and intermediate players, Texas Blues Legends is built on his decades of stage and studio experience, bringing clear, hands-on instruction.
One of the most respected voices in modern blues, Kirk is a GRAMMY®-nominated collaborator and first-call sideman for artists such as Joe Bonamassa and The Fabulous Thunderbirds. His solo work also includes the acclaimed Heartache By The Pound, and his latest album, 2025’s Keep On Pushing, was created with co-producer J.D. Simo and a dream team of Nashville players, capturing the immediacy of classic “live in the studio” sessions.
