Neck Line Hand Roller 

Job Summary: The purpose of the Neck Line Hand Roller is to remove any machine lines and glue left over from previous processes and form the neck into its proper shape. The Neck Line Hand Roller must be able to sand the neck to a specific spec without creating any dips or humps. 

Essential Functions: 

The primary responsibilities will include: 

• Learn and execute standard operating procedures
• Able to safely and efficiently operate a belt sander 
• Using gages to accurately recreate the desired shape 
• 95% pass rate based on production requirements 
• Understands and meets quality standards (Specs.) 
• Maintains product flow at appropriate rate 
• Adheres to department protocols (5S and Safety)

• Must be able to lift 10 lbs. 
• Able to work on their feet for the entire shift 
• Must be available for overtime and occasional Saturday’s 

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Develop a strong understanding of the models and machine programs 
• Strong attention to detail.
