Reporting to the Global Credit Director, the role of Credit and Collections Analyst will judiciously manage a geographic territory of dealers, key accounts and international distributors through the diligent assessment of credit worthiness and management of credit limits along with the mitigation of past due through proper and sound collection activities. Essential Functions

Main duties

  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Utilizing third party credit reporting to review and assess creditworthiness of existing and prospective clients
  • Examine existing and prospective client financial statements, prepare basic analysis and deliver a multidimensional perspective on business opportunities
  • Resolve customer discrepancies, billing issues, short payments and disputes
  • Generate and distribute aging reports to business leaders to assist you in collections
  •  Other duties as assigned


Required Skills/AbiIities

  • Practical work with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
  • Outstanding time management skillset with the ability to prioritize Required Education and Experience
  • Four year college degree
  • Five years of experience in business-to-business credit


Essential Knowledge

  • Project management skills combined with ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365 Enterprise System a plus

Physical Demands
