Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Specialist responsible for processing all online store orders for Mesa Boogie daily. This includes, but is not limited to, running the daily picklist, printing pack slips, invoicing, and any related customer service issues. Responsible for fulfilling any customer service orders taken on site by the Customer Relations team. Assists with material control and shipping processes. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing office environment. Responsible for other general office duties, and special projects, as needed. Must possess a demonstrated ability to work well with people in a fast-paced organization.
Essential Functions
Main duties
- Online Company store – data entry and order processing, as well as customer service related correspondence
- Generate shipping documents, material staging, and assists with delivery processes throughout the factory
- Work on a variety of logistics functions in support of daily operations
- Participates in cycle counts and inventory management under the direction of the Logistics Manager
- Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, manufacturing operations, and market trends

Education and Experience
- 3 years of office experience
- 3 years of customer service experience
Work Environment
Internal: Manufacturing office environment, under construction, some dust
