Part of the Inspired by Gibson Collection, this semi-hollowbody icon delivers the warm, resonant voice that defined a generation of music, now enhanced with premium features like Alnico Classic PRO™ humbucker™ pickups. The Epiphone ES-335 features the iconic semi-hollowbody design introduced by the ES-335 when it was first released in 1958. The body is bound on the top and back, crafted from 5-ply maple and poplar, and features a solid maple centerblock for increased sustain and improved feedback resistance. The glued-in mahogany neck has a comfortable SlimTaper™ C profile and is equipped with a rosewood fretboard that’s outfitted with 22 medium jumbo frets and dressed up with pearloid small block inlays. The Kalamazoo-style headstock features high-quality Grover® Rotomatic® tuners with an 18:1 gear ratio for precision, and a Graph Tech® nut, ensuring solid tuning stability. The headstock also features the Epiphone logo and Gibson Crown, both inlaid in mother of pearl. A fully adjustable LockTone™ Tune-O-Matic™ bridge and LockTone Stop Bar tailpiece deliver precise intonation and excellent sustain.
The ES-335 is powered by a pair of Epiphone’s acclaimed Alnico Classic PRO™ humbucker™ pickups with nickel covers, delivering the outstanding range of clean and dirty tones the ES-335 is famous for. Selected either individually or together via a three-way toggle switch, each pickup is paired with its own volume and tone controls, which use premium CTS® potentiometers for precise, reliable adjustments. No matter what style of music you play, the ES-335 is an excellent musical partner, perfect for every player and every stage. It comes in a range of gloss finishes and is packed in a premium gig bag to help protect it during storage and transport.
