Gibson operates via a central headquarters based in Nashville, TN, supporting five manufacturing facilities as well as four regionally-based support centres that enable the sales, marketing, and distribution activities in each of four different worldwide regions.OVERALL JOB PURPOSEThis role is responsible for the generation of Demand Planning system information, auditing said information, posting information timely and assisting the Demand Planning Team as required to ensure product flows to the customer as efficiently and effectively as possible. This role is additionally responsible for flagging new product introductions and monitoring system information to ensure that orders and product availability are aligned for new product launches. Lastly, this role will engage and work with the exportation of products to our various distributor and Latin America customers to ensure that documentation and Commercial Invoicing is correct and that proper communication of takes place.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESDaily creation of Demand Planning information to include but not limited to: The Main Stage and The Set ListWeekly creation of additional Demand Planning information to include but not limited to “Special Guests� – New Product Information listings and trackingWorks with the Demand Planning Manager, Finance, Sales and Marketing to develop an ever-improving sales forecast using demand history, trends, NPI, seasonality and other system data to include the integration of BI Portal informationProvide information to support the S&OP process.
