A Mod Collection Flying V in Sunny V

Gibson Mod™ Collection - Break the mold with our one-of-a-kind, customized guitars.

This Mod Collection 2026 Flying V™ has a Sunny V finish. The modifications consist of the Mod Collection-exclusive custom finish, nickel hardware, a traditional bell-shaped truss rod cover, a nickel-covered Burstbucker™ ’61 neck pickup and an open-coil Custom Burstbucker Alnico 2 in the bridge position, and Witch Hat knobs. It weighs 7.7 pounds and comes with a hardshell case and two-year playability warranty.

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, these instruments are sent to the Mod Collection team to use as a blank canvas—and let their imaginations run riot.
