The HR Generalist is responsible for performing broad professional human resources tasks to support policies, procedures and programs including benefits, payroll, recruiting, onboarding and employee relations.

Main duties
Recruiting
- Facilitate and engage in the recruiting process
- Organize New Hire Onboarding
- Support hiring managers with roles and responsibilities and Job Descriptions
- Maintain employee data changes in HRIS
Other
- Creating a positive work environment through relationship building
- Create reports, manage projects and/or other duties as requested
- Provide leadership and strengthen internal communications with staff at all levels
- Lead Change Management and process improvement initiatives

- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships

- Must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, very high-growth environment

Education and Experience
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources a plus
- SHRM designation a plus
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience (manufacturing environment a plus)
- HRIS (ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, etc) experience

Travel Requirements
- Potential travel to and between the company’s manufacturing and sales locations may be required (5-10%).
