Return to Career Listings // Human Resources Operations AdministratorThe Human Resources Operations Administrator facilitates the tracking of key HR initiatives and dashboard reporting from inception to activation to ensure that human resource programs are fully activated, tracked, measured and communicated. This position performs professional work in partnership with the HR team and supports a range of administrative functions related to human resources and CHRO Office. It also includes calendar, project management, and training of programs and systems as needed.
Main duties
- Facilitates project management of key HR initiatives
- Arrange, facilitate and administer various day to day human resource programs.
- Responsible for HR specific performance metrics/dashboard, weekly, monthly, quarterly.
- Prepare and schedule activities; appointments, conference rooms/events.
- Organize and maintain project planning and execution.
- Prepare material, tools and/or products to support initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare presentations and communication assets.
- Ability to compose and present reports.
- Ability to plan, organize and present programs to groups.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint or related software.
- Ability to successfully work in a fast-pace and demanding environment.
Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years project work experience preferred.
- HR analytics experience a plus.

Travel Requirements
- This position is mostly office based, but may involve irregular travel
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
