This Custom Shop creation takes the aesthetics of the iconic Les Paul™ Custom and applies them to the SG™ platform. The mahogany body is equipped with a beautifully-figured maple cap. The solid ebony fingerboard is adorned with abalone Block inlays, and the blue-tinted headstock sports a Custom Split Diamond inlay and the Gibson logo, both in abalone. Gold hardware further accents the premium nature of this instrument, while 490R and 498T humbuckers provide a wide range of sonic possibilities, from clean jazz to the heaviest distortion. The result is a huge-sounding, fast-playing, and classy-looking instrument that will bring out the best in any player.
