Return to Career Listings // Internship - Production EngineeringWe are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our organization and participate in our Summer 2024 internship program. The Engineering Intern will utilize their knowledge of engineering concepts to support and improve documentation, quality, and productivity within the USA production facility. This role will report to the Master Luthier and will work closely with the Engineering department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and support engineering trials, tests, and small projects as directed
- Perform time studies and data collection and analysis to support process development
- Assist quality and engineering in developing work instructions and quality control documents
- Present their findings from the projects they worked on over the course of their internship to the leadership team
Qualifications:
- Pursuing an Engineering, or relevant degree is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Navigating corporate structure and organization.
- Organization and planning capabilities with ability to multitask and work on different projects.
- Works well to meet strict deadlines.

Experience:
