Production and Inventory Planner

This position plays an integral role in the production scheduling and inventory management of Gibson Custom Shop. Weekly scheduling of daily Custom Shop production based on Constraint evaluation, Order Aging, and component availability in a high mix, low volume, complex variables environment. The role will also ensure inventory accuracy though audit of schedule adherence, BOM maintenance, item setup, and inventory consumption while participating in cross functional teams. As inventory discrepancies are found, the incumbent will be responsible for driving correction actions as appropriate through process analysis and training.
