Dealer Support Representative
The U.S. Dealer Support Representative is responsible for generating and managing orders for assigned Custom Shop dealers. This includes core models, proprietary runs and Made 2 Measure instruments.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The U.S. Dealer Support Representative is responsible for generating and managing orders for assigned Custom Shop dealers. This includes core models, proprietary runs and Made 2 Measure instruments.
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- Must have in-depth Custom Shop product knowledge, Historic Gibson product knowledge, guitar production knowledge, a keen understanding of the high-end guitar market, sales experience, and the ability to foster lasting customer relationships.
- Must be highly organized, proactive, and focused on results.
- Daily tasks include writing detailed Made 2 Measure spec sheets, pricing orders, creating and submitting product data and SKU information, organizing woods and materials, scheduling orders, answering dealer questions, hosting visiting dealers, traveling to dealers and events, and tracking the progress of items in production.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, in some instances repetitively.

Travel
Periodic domestic and international travel to and between various dealers and events will be required (approximately 10-15%).
