Infrastructure and Operations Support Tier I
Return to Career Listings // Infrastructure and Operations Support Tier IWe are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our IT Service and Operations team. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks across multiple sites, locally, nationally, and globally. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.
Essential Functions
- Provide exemplary customer support
- Install and configure software and computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Walk users through steps to help them resolve technical problems.
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
- Identify repetitive and wide scale issues and escalate accordingly
- Escalate issues beyond current skillset to next level
Required Skills/Abilities
- Working knowledge and/or expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications to include:
- Windows and Mac OS
- M365 Suite
- On Prem Active Domain
- Azure Active Domain
- Cloud based user and application management
- Familiarity with Network and Label Printers
- Familiarity with Network and Access Points
Required Education and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.

- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time
Travel Requirements
- This position is mostly office based, but may involve irregular travel
- Reliable transportation as there are multiple Nashville sites to support
