Senior Executive Coordinator

The Senior Executive Coordinator, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer, will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative activities for the Chief Executive Officer, as well as manage the team of Executive Coordinators and Receptionist. Finally, the Senior Executive Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer in the preparation of presentations, communications pieces, or other materials as well as participation in projects as necessary and requested by the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires attention to detail and coordination skills. The Senior Executive Coordinator role is a very important since the Chief Executive Officer’s effective and efficient use of time is critical to the company’s success. A demonstrated ability to influence people and successful experiences working in a fast-paced, multi-functional, matrixed, and international team are required.
