Now, the Gibson Custom Shop is proud to introduce the new J-45 Custom. The classic J-45 features that players demand are all here, including a Sitka spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a mahogany SlimTaper™ neck with a 24.75” scale length. The J-45 Custom takes things to the next level with Les Paul™ Custom-inspired cosmetics, including an Ebony nitrocellulose lacquer finish, multi-ply binding on the top and back, a bound Les Paul-style peghead with a Custom split diamond inlay in mother of pearl, a bound ebony fretboard with mother of pearl Custom Block inlays, and gold Grover® Rotomatic® tuners. It comes equipped with L.R. Baggs™ Session VTC electronics and a hardshell case.
