SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIBSON CERTIFIED VINTAGE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for Gibson Certified Vintage instruments. Gibson will offer a 24-hour quality review period following receipt and will refund or replace items damaged in transit. Following the 24-hour quality review period for shipped items, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for these items.

WARRANTY & SERVICE

Product Warranty: All Gibson Certified Vintage Instruments are warranted to be free from defects in materials, workmanship, electronics, and parts for the life of the original purchaser, subject to the limitations contained in this warranty. Warranty on parts is subject to availability and substitutions will be made at Gibson’s sole discretion.

Authenticity Warranty: Gibson warrants that the historic information provided to the purchaser regarding the Certified Vintage Instruments (including but not limited to, historic information, provenance, or specifications) are true and correct to the best of Gibson’s knowledge.
