At the early age of 4 years old, Social Distortion frontman Mike Ness began listening to AM Radio where he discovered The Beatles, CCR, The Supremes and The Rolling Stones. Growing up in Fullerton, California, he was also raised on blues and country and would eventually stumble upon his first Gibson guitar at the local pawn shop.
