This Mod Collection 2025 Les Paul™ Studio Session has an Ultimate Cobalt finish. The modifications consist of the Mod Collection-exclusive custom finish, chrome hardware, nickel Gibson Deluxe tuners with white buttons, black plastics, chrome knurled knobs, 490R neck and 498T bridge pickups, no pickguard, and hand-wired electronics with 2 volumes, 2 tones, 3-way pickup switch, and ceramic capacitors. It weighs 8.05 pounds and comes with a hardshell case and two-year playability warranty.
All Gibson guitars go through rigorous QC, but every once in a while, a guitar with outstanding playability and tone doesn’t quite meet the strict cosmetic standards at our craftories.
