Kramer is turning 50, so naturally, we’re cranking things up to 11! In honor of five decades of boundary-pushing tone and iconic design, we’re unleashing a special limited-edition series of some of our most popular models, each finished in glossy metallic Anniversary Gold. These guitars defined an era and continue to inspire generations of players. Each model is limited to this anniversary year, making them a must-have for collectors and players alike.
The 50th Anniversary NightSwan™ delivers all of the performance you’ve come to expect from the legendary late-80s shred sled, with a double-cutaway mahogany body with a deep cut lower horn for exceptional upper-fret access. The bolt-on three-piece hard maple neck is fastened to the body with a black Kramer four-bolt neck plate and features a fast-playing natural satin finish and a slim, comfortable C profile that invites virtuosic playing and lightning-fast licks. The ebony fretboard has 24 jumbo frets and a 16” radius and features white side dot position markers and “ping pong” dot fretboard inlays of varying sizes, giving it a unique appearance.
The headstock features the Kramer NightSwan reverse Explorer™ shape. It features a top-mounted Floyd Rose® R2 locking nut, black premium die-cast six-in-line mini tuners, a black string retaining bar, and a matching black wrench holder on the rear so you’ll always have the tools available for quick adjustments and string changes. The headstock is also finished in Anniversary Gold to match the body. The Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo delivers unmatched tuning stability, regardless of how hard or often you work the vibrato bar.
The pickups are a pair of Kramer Eruption PRO™ humbuckers™. The controls are intentionally kept simple and easy to use, with just a master volume control and a three-way mini toggle switch for pickup selection. The black, knurled metal volume knob complements the rest of the all-black hardware and provides a firm grip, even in hot, sweaty onstage conditions.
