The L-00 is considered a parlor-sized guitar, which makes for a comfortable, smaller guitar than the larger, dreadnought-sized J-45™. The smaller body responds well to fingerstyle guitar. Less energy is needed from the strings to vibrate the entire top, so a softer strumming hand will benefit from a smaller guitar like the L-00.
