Department Trainer

The Department Trainer is a current Gibson employee that is good standing and can maintain a high level of quality consistently while still meeting the production goal. This role is responsible for training new and struggling team members to work instructions within the work area. And the Department Trainer makes sure that all team members in the department follow those work instructions daily. This position reports to the Training Coordinator.
