Keri Noble to play new Baldwin for summer NAMM appearances

Manhattan/EMI recording artist Keri Noble will play the new D.H. Baldwin Grand piano during the summer NAMM (International Music Products Association) trade show. The event takes place July 18-20 at the Nashville Convention Center and Noble will play three 60-minute sets on the show floor on Friday, July 18 at noon and 4 p.m., and Saturday, July 19 at 4 p.m. In addition, Noble will play a Baldwin Custom Grand in jubilee red for dealers at the new Baldwin Showcase in Nashville on Saturday, July 19 at noon.

Noble, a native of Detroit, started singing in her father's Hispanic church as a teen and performing in clubs and coffeehouses in 1999. She combines the pop sensibility of Sheryl Crow, the soul of Bonnie Raitt, and the mystery of Tori Amos into one power-house experience for the listener. Noble is pictured with the red Baldwin on the album cover of her debut release for Manhattan/Blue Note, the same label that launched Norah Jones.

Noble will autograph her new EP, First Bites, and sign autographs after her appearances at NAMM. Her forthcoming album is slated for a January release.

The new D.H. Baldwin Grand introduces a new standard of affordability in an American-made piano. The series includes the 5-foot 2-inch grand and the 560 series vertical models, which are available in traditional and distressed finishes as well as Lyptus veneer, a eco-friendly, renewable wood.
