Contemporary Christian star Carman kicks off 6 month tour with Gibsons in hand
One of the most successful performers in contemporary Christian music, Carman, kicks off a six-month long Heart of a Champion tour today in Memphis, TN. Among his many career awards and accomplishments, Carman set the record for the largest solo Christian concert in history, appearing before a crowd of 71,132 at Dallas' Texas Stadium in 1994.
The Heart of a Champion tour coincides with the completion of a movie by the same name to be released on one thousand U.S. screens in early February, 2001. "We will have a movie that you can take your whole family to with a lot of action, fun, and a very strong Christian theme," Carman says.
Following is an exclusive photo gallery of Carman's powerful stage show shot during the final dress rehearsal.
