Les Pauls, Signature SG lead parade of guitar giveaways

Gibson is co-sponsoring three guitar giveaways now live on the internet and taking entries. First go to guitar.com and register to win a new Gibson Les Paul Classic Plus from musiciansfirend.com. Hurry. This contest ends November 11.

The Gibson Les Paul Classic Plus features Gibson's famous 1960 Les Paul Standard "slim taper" neck. Changing in thickness only about a tenth of an inch from the first fret to the twelfth and maintaining a precisely controlled width to thickness ratio, the "slim taper" neck promotes speed while reducing player fatigue. For this reason, many players consider the 1960 "slim taper" neck the best Les Paul neck ever made.

Next, surf over to samash.com and register to win a very limited edition Gibson Custom Shop Pete Townshend Signature SG. This is number 003 of only 250 that were made by the Gibson's Custom. Art, & Historic division luthiers.

Says Pete Townshend, "This guitar is amazing. It looks, sounds, and feels exactly like the SG I used during 'Live at Leeds.'"
