Sam Bush Signature F-5 Mandolin joins Gibson's 'Legendary Artists'

The Gibson Original Acoustic Instruments (OAI) division is indeed proud to announce the addition of the Sam Bush F-5 mandolin to its line of fine, historic acoustic instruments.

In addition, the Gibson Strings & Accessories division will produce Sam Bush Signature mandolin strings as the newest addition to their "Legendary Series" of artist signature strings.

This mandolin is an exact replica of Sams personal F-5 and is reminiscent of the highly prized 1930s Gibson F-5, but with the subtle nuances that make Sams mandolin, and his sound, so unique.

From the wider, unfinished neck, to the radius fingerboard and larger frets, this mandolin is Gibsons tribute to a modern mandolin master and the luthier's craft.

Other features include thinner top graduations, 30s style inlays on the headstock, block inlays on the fingerboard, Sams personal string spacing, a signature tailpiece cover, and Sams personal preference -- a shaped case.
