Gibson plays Santa for the kids

Gibson played Santa Claus for more than a dozen children at the Gibson Custom Shop Christmas party this year. Acclaimed artist and guitarist Lee Roy Parnell, Webb Wilder and Custom's own luthiers played for the kids as Gibson Chairman and CEO Henry Juszkiewicz, President Dave Berryman, Custom Shop General Manager Rick Gembar, and Santa hosted the luncheon and gift giving.

The children, ranging in age from 6-years-old to teens, represented four Nashville organizations--the Shop With a Cop program, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee, and the Nashville School of the Arts.

Following is an exclusive photo gallery of the Christmas kids at the Gibson Gibson Custom Shop.

The Custom Shop Christmas tree, decorated with hang tags, pickguards and various other guitar parts, is surrounded by presents for the kids.

Each child had a stocking full of goodies.

The kids gathered around Santa to make last minute requests for Christmas presents.

Everyone at the party was treated to a great lunch of steaks, burgers and hot dogs.
