Iron Maiden's Adrian Smith now rocks with his new Les Paul Custom from Gibson USA. The English headbangers launched the U.S. leg of the Brave New World tour at NYC's Madison Square Garden Saturday night, August 5. Brave New Word is Iron Maiden's newest release. Their current itinerary takes them throughout the U.S. and into Canada Queensryche and Halford join Iron Maiden on its U.S. tour this summer. "We think this is a fantastic bill which will prove to everyone how metal is very relevant and stronger than ever in the year 2000," Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson says on the band's official site. The Les Paul Custom was first introduced in 1954. It has been affectionately nicknamed the Black Beauty and the Fretless Wonder.
