Condolences: Gibson friend, actor David Strickland

The Gibson family sends condolences and best wishes to the family, friends, and colleagues of actor David Strickland, who died Monday, March 22. One month ago Strickland hosted the Gibson Guitar Awards at the Hard Rock in Los Angeles. His warmth and professionalism will be remembered well.

The 28-year-old New Jersey native portrayed "Todd", a music critic on the hit television comedy "Suddenly Susan," which stars Brooke Shields as a magazine writer. Strickland has been on the show for the last three seasons. Strickland also appears in the recently-released DreamWorks film "Forces of Nature," starring Sandra Bullock and Ben Affleck. Strickland played the ex-boyfriend of Affleck's fiancee.
