Gibson Musical Instruments Gibson, Epi turn "green" at SRO

Gibson and Epiphone were on hand today at the 1997 SRO Convention, which is produced by the Country Music Association and held until tomorrow at the Nashville Convention Center.

The convention serves the segment of the industry involved in live performance. This includes tour bus companies, management, booking agents, lighting, cartage, etc.

To make things interesting, the event provides a full-scale stage to feature big name entertainers. Among tonights performers are The Delevantes and the J-200-slingin' Texas country/rock artist Jack Ingram.

Gibson and Epi's presence can be felt in the artist "green room," complete with several GMI guitar models for the performers to use onstage.

For more information on SRO, call the CMA at 615-244-2840.
