Les Paul DC Studio and '62 SG featured at Jamie Blake Hard Rock show |
|
Alterna-rocker Jamie Blake drew a considerable crowd Friday night in an effort to break into the Nashville market. The free concert attracted dozens of passerbys just outside the Hard Rock Cafe in downtown Music City. For the event, Blake strummed a new Les Paul DC Studio on a few songs while guitarist Andrew Solin, who normally whacks a 40th Anniversary Les Paul, had fun onstage breaking in a '62 SG Reissued. Blake and crew demonstrated a punk vibe, punctuated by trippy guitar effects and strong vocal melodies.
