Chris Clary, Product Manager and Team Leader for the Concept and Design Team behind the APS-180 has this to say. "The APS is to Acoustic performers what the Multi-track machine was to recording professionals" Not only do you get a True Acoustic Guitar Sound from the unit, but the design falls into line with the Dawn Concept of accurate sound reproduction in a compact unit. What this means is that Vocals, Tape or Sequenced accompaniment, and Guitar, are all natural sounding! This is something that the singing acoustic guitarist has needed for a long time!
Using Dawns Patented 180 degree Dispersion Technology, the APS-180 provides a Stereo Bi-Amped signal, a new effects chip containing over 128 presets, separately voiced channels for guitar, vocals, and a stereo input for drum machine, or keyboard sounds.
