"The infectious rock sounds from Bleach and Skillet, their zeal for presenting the gospel, coupled with the promotional force of Z Music Television is perfect for this promotion," says Greg Ham, Forefront Senior VP. "It's always a challenge to launch a new act, and with the help of Z Music and Epiphone, the 'Live In Your Living Room' promotion will help us create awareness for these acts in the marketplace."
Bleach is best defined as a loud yet melodic garage band. Their debut album was produced by Audio Adrenaline's lead guitarist Barry Blair. Look out for their video "Epidermis Girl" on Z Music Television. Skillet possesses the same kind of musical muscle as bands like Bush and Pearl Jam but trades in the dark and negative imagery for something considerably more uplifting. Their video "Gasoline" will be released on Z Music as well.
Both bands are endorsees of The Epiphone Co. Skillet's songwriter/guitarist Ken Steorts performs and records with a Casino electric and an EJ200 acoustic. To find out more about Steorts, check out the October issue of The Amplifier, which will feature a full-length interview.
