Whitesnake will release a new double live album in July, commemorating the wildly successful tour in support of the band's Forevermore album.

It's been a big year for Whitesnake fans, with the band already releasing a live DVD a few weeks ago. While the live DVD was titled Made In Japan and was a document of the 'Snake's co-headlining slot at the Loud Park festival at Saitama Super Arena in October 2011, the new live CD, Made In Britain - The World Record is inspired by the band's nine sold-out UK shows and further 87 performances around the world.

The set includes classic Whitesnake songs such as Is This Love, Still Of The Night and Here I Go Again as well as newer tracks like Best Years, Love Will Set You Free and Forevermore. Musicians on Made In Britain - The World Record include David Coverdale (vocals, of course), Doug Aldrich and Reb Beach (guitars), Michael Devin (bass), Brian Tichy (drums) and special guest Brian Ruedy (keyboards).
