Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam by Anne Erickson

Pearl Jam fans will soon have a new documentary to check out. The grunge rockers have revealed that their upcoming documentary, called Let's Play Two, and its soundtrack will arrive in September.

The Danny Clinch-directed Let's Play Two chronicles Pearl Jam’s two concerts at Chicago's iconic Wrigley Field last August. Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder, of course, is a huge Chicago Cubs fan. Just a few months after these shows, the Cubs won their first World Series in 108 years, which made these gigs even more special.

"In my films and photographs, I love to explore the relationship between a band, their fans and the location," Clinch said. "When it happens that the main characters of your film are Pearl Jam, the Chicago Cubs, their fans, and Wrigley Field during a historic moment, you know it's going to be epic."

Let's Play Two will debut in Chicago on Sept. 27 with a screening only for members of Pearl Jam's Ten Club. The movie will show in movie theaters in select markets nationwide starting Sept. 29. The Let's Play Two soundtrack will also arrive on Sept. 29.

Let's Play Two will also play Oct. 13 on FS1 after Game 1 of the Major League Baseball's American League Championship Series. The film will arrive on home video on Nov. 17.
