Metal titans Judas Priest are back with a new album -- Firepower, due out early next year -- and a full-fledged North American tour in the spring to support. Oh, did we mention the band is finally nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, too? It's about time.

The Firepower 2018 Tour will set off March 13 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and run through a May 1 show in San Antonio, Texas. Pre-sale tickets are available today (Oct. 25) using the password FIREPOWER.

The openers for this tour are pure metal, too. Those consist of British metallers Saxon, as well as Black Star Riders for most dates.

Judas Priest fans looking to help the band score induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame may vote for the metal band via RockHall.com through December 5. The top five acts voted on by fans will comprise a "fans' ballot" that will be included with the other ballots. Metal on!
