I’m not a big fan of fighting the thick crowds at stores on Black Friday, but I do have the tradition of stopping by a local record shop to browse the vinyl offerings. Per usual, the folks behind National Record Store Day have assembled a handful of exclusive holiday releases available starting Black Friday only at your local, independently-owned record shop.

If you’re serious about getting one of the releases, get to the shop early. Most of Record Store Day’s offerings are limited-edition, so they may sell out quickly. Also, not all participating stores will get all the albums, so it would be wise to contact your local shop before heading out on Black Friday.

From the Rolling Stones to Jerry Garcia, here are some Record Store Day Black Friday 2016 highlights. For the full list of releases and to find a participating record shop, visit Record Store Day’s official website.
