When Slash headed down under in April to launch MTV Classic, he promised he would be back — and come back he did! At the final show of his Australian tour, at a sold-out Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, he did not disappoint. With Myles Kennedy on vocals and a tight backing band, Slash ripped through a 20-song set that included songs from Velvet Revolver, Slash's Snakepit, Guns N' Roses and the new self-titled album.

With a stack of Marshall amps in the background, Slash let his Gibson do the talking, playing like it was his last show ever. And the special guest was none other than Rose Tattoo lead singer and Australian rock icon Angry Anderson, who joined proceedings for Rose Tattoo's “Nice Boys.”

And in further good news for the Aussies, Slash will be back in 2011 for Soundwave, which will swing through Australia in February and March.
