Henry Butler

Baldwin Piano recently celebrated the unveiling of its new Custom line with an unforgettable performance by piano virtuosos Jim Dickinson and Henry Butler.

Top piano dealers from all over the country were flown in to the Baldwin headquarters in Trumann, Arkansas, where they were treated to a factory tour, an exclusive unveiling of Baldwin’s new Custom line of pianos, and meetings with Gibson CEO and Chairman Henry Juszkiewicz and new Baldwin General Manager, Michael Maloney.

The event concluded with a cocktail reception held at the swanky Gibson Lounge in nearby Memphis, Tennessee. As the recent recipient of a M1 Red Baldwin grand, legendary pianist, producer, and singer Jim Dickinson graciously offered to open the evening with a number of songs. New Orleans pianist Henry Butler, another distinguished Baldwin artist, was the main performer for the evening and was specifically requested to perform by Baldwin dealers after they witnessed his outstanding recent performance at Baldwin’s NAMM booth.
