“Gibson Through the Lens” in Mexico City
This past weekend, the “Gibson Through the Lens” exhibition opened in Mexico. Gibson Through the Lens (GTTL) is a collection of rock photography showing the world’s most iconic artists with their Gibson or Epiphone guitars. The photos that make up the GTTL collection were taken by various famous music photographers, including legendary Rolling Stone and Woodstock photographer Baron Wolman, who was onsite and gave a special “master class” at the Auditorio Nacional. Baron’s Jimi Hendrix image is the “face of GTTL.”
The Auditorio Nacional is Mexico's most respected entertainment and cultural events center, ranked by Pollstar Magazine as the best concert venue in the world.
