The Supersonico Festival was held this past Saturday at the Shrine Auditorium. Supersonico was the first-ever Hispanic indie music festival held in Los Angeles. Most of the concertgoers ranged from ages 18 to 35. The event, almost at full capacity featured a wide variety of food trucks, different hang out places as well as 3 different stages.

Mexico’s biggest rock band, Café Tacvba was in charge of headlining the festival. The Puerto Rican duo Calle 13 was also there with their unique tropical/urban beats. Colombian band Bomba Estereo performed on the main stage during the early evening drawing one the biggest crowds. Other acts include, La Vida Boheme, Anita Tijoux, Los Rakas among many others.
