Gibson Guitar Corporation, the world’s premier manufacturer of musical instruments, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to be based out of Gibson’s corporate office in Nashville, TN. The Application Support Analyst will report to Gibson’s IT Director.
Job Description:
· Provide ERP and CRM application support to end users
· Train new and existing users on Microsoft Dynamics GP and other proprietary applications
· Assist with FRx/Crystal/Microsoft SRS report development
· Assist with business process improvement and documentation
· Perform a variety of other duties as an internal information technology team member
Minimum Job Qualifications:
· ERP application experience as a power user, consultant, or support technician
· Experience using, implementing, or supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP Financial, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules desired
· Some experience with MS SQL Server; query and stored procedure writing desired
· Experience using FRx, Crystal Reports, Microsoft SRS a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills required
· Willingness and ability to learn new software modules and other applications quickly is required
· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit required
