Gibson Guitar Corporation, the world’s premier manufacturer of musical instruments, is seeking a
Web Designer/Interactive Interface Designer to be based out of Nashville. The web designer will report to Gibson’s Marketing Director of New Media.
Highlights of Job Responsibilities:• Design and layout web pages that promote Gibson’s marketing directives
• Work closely with web developers to create ASP.NET web templates
• Create and develop dynamic Flash applications
• Content production
Minimum Job Qualifications:• Strong understanding of HTML, DHTML, CSS, and ActionScript 2.0 or 3.0
• Solid skills using Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, XML, XSL, AJAX, and SEO a plus
• 3+ years of professional experience
• A Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Online portfolio or examples of work required
Candidates must already be located in the Nashville area, as relocation is not offered.
