Needed for $100 million/sales division of Gibson Guitar Corporation. Great growth potential.
Seeking a General Manager with a successful 5 year track record of managing growth in manufacturing environment with full P&L responsibility.
Must be an aggressive, independent professional with:• strong marketing abilities
• manufacturing management experience
• exceptional leadership traits
• demonstrated ability to manage cash and deliver profits
• good business sense
Will be focused on the development and manufacturing of the core product line. Direction for and solid understanding of how the core will run is vital.
Individual should be excited by a career path tied to growing this division for at least 5 to 7 years.
An MBA is required.
Experience with consumer products or retail is required.
Experience in playing guitar or other musical instruments are big pluses.
