Seattle Entertainment Relations Project Coordinator

Gibson Guitar Corporation, the world’s premier manufacturer of musical instruments, is seeking a Project Coordinator to be based out of Seattle.  The project coordinator will report to Gibson’s Entertainment Relations Director and will have the responsibility of coordinating ER functions in the Seattle office.

Highlights of Job Responsibilities:
•    Book events in ER Showroom
•    Cultivate relationships with partners regarding regular and new events
•    Events pre-production, hosting, set-up, break-down, and clean up
•    Work with film crews for taped interviews/performances
•    Assist with outside events
•    Run soundboard when needed
•    Support Entertainment Relations Professionals in day-to-day administration
•    Help in creation and support of Marketing Campaigns
•    Basic office managerial duties for the ER Showroom
•    Organize Showroom inventory

Minimum Job Qualifications:
•    Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
•    Proficient in basic accounting/bookkeeping
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and to multi-task
•    Ability to interact with a varied range of people
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Must be highly organized
•    Willing to work occasional nights and weekends
•    Strong commitment, willingness to learn, and grow with organization
•    Experience in the entertainment industry strong preferred

This is NOT an entry level position. 

Candidates must already be located in the Seattle area, as relocation is not offered.
